Ordering And Shipping Information:
Our on-line store is setup to accept orders 24/7 for USA, U.S. Protectorate & Commonwealths, and Canada. Orders are processed, prepared, and shipped within 1 to 2 business days. Expedite shipping will be shipped the same day if order is received by 12 pm Eastern Time. We are sorry, Gift baskets are not available for international shipping. International shipping for non-food items will be added in the near future.
Shipping Options And Delivery: Orders shipped within the Continental USA have the following standard options:1) US Postal Service Priority (2-4 days), 2)UPS Ground (5-10 "Business Days")
Holiday items may have expedite shipping options: Next Day, 2-Day, and 3-Day Shipping options; these options if available, would be indicated in the product notes. Please note that business days are Monday through Friday with exception of weekends and holidays.
Deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, and US protectorates may take up to 10 days.
Fruits and Food Restrictions: Orders for Canada will not include fruits and cookies. Some States prohibits shipment of fruits from other states. Please see notes in the Fruit Section.
Deliveries to APO/FPO addresses would take longer and there will be added cost.
Delivery Times depend on location: gift baskets are shipped out of Colorado or Missouri, crafts and gift items are shipped out of Massachusetts.
During the busy Holiday seasons deliveries could take longer. Weather conditions could also add delays. To make sure that your order gets delivered before a certain date, please order ahead of time factoring in 1-2 days order processing and 2-5 days shipping for Continental USA; it would be longer for other locations.

Tax Collections:
We will collect 6.25% Massachusetts Sales Tax for shipments to addresses in Massachusetts.
Return Policy:
30 Days Satisfaction Guarantee for Non-Food Items:
We want you to be fully satisfied with every item that you purchase from www.Okrafts.com. If you are not satisfied with an item that you have purchased, you may return the item within 30 days from the day the order was placed for a refund of the purchase price, MINUS the shipping charges. Orders returned over $50 are subject to a 20% restocking fee. The item(s) must be returned in good condition, and in original boxes with all paperwork, parts and accessories to insure full credit. Your return MUST include a copy of your Invoice or Packing slip to receive proper credit. Please email us prior to returning any item for an RMA number.
Food Gift Baskets:
Gift Baskets containing food: fruits and opened food items are not returnable. If we made a mistake, we will correct the problem at our own expense.
Damaged or lost items during shipment is generally the responsibility of the carrier. However, please do contact us within 48 hours. We recommend that you contact the carrier and have them inspect damaged shipment or investigate lost items. If the item has shipping insurance, you may be able to collect from the carrier.
Downloadable Items:
Digital or downloadable items are treated like software. Once you download it, it is considered consumed and will not be refunded. Customers are given 5 downloads per product and a limited time period (usually 7 days) to download. However, if there is difficulties due to computer or network problems, please contact us at sales@okrafts.com and we would be happy to reset the downloads.
Purchases Made Through Additional Products Store:
Purchases made through the Additional Product Store would be handled by Amazon Checkout and would be shipped from Amazon or its suppliers' location(s). Please refer to Amazon's policies regarding warranties, returns, taxes etc. Please note also that shipping rates, restrictions, and delivery times may differ than noted above.
