To order an item: browse items and click on the picture of the item that you want. It will take you to a page where you can click on a button “add this to my cart.” It will show you the contents of your shopping cart. You can continue shopping by clicking on “continue shopping” or go to checkout by clicking “go to checkout” box,

Next it will take you to a secured area and ask you to register (or log in if you already registered). Enter name, address, and phone number. Enter a user-name and password. If you forgot your password, it can be reset.

Next it will take you to Step 1 – Delivery Information page. If you are sending the order to a different person and address, click on “change your address” and put in the recipient’s name, address, and phone number. Click “continue to checkout.”

Step 2 – Payment Information page will show up next. Select “Paypal” to pay with credit card or using your Paypal account. Write in Card message for gift basket, or any instructions in the box labeled “Special Instructions…” Click “continue to checkout.”

Step 3 – Order Confirmation page will show up next. Verify everything is correct and click “confirm the order” button.

It will take you to secured PayPal website. If you are paying with credit card VISA, MasterCard or American Express, click on “continue” (left side of the page after credit card logos).

It will take you to “Pay with Credit Card or Log on” page. Enter credit card information and click on “Review Order and Continue.” At any time during this process you can click on “Cancel and return to Okrafts.” Review order and click on “Pay Now” button. View printable receipt and print if you would like a copy.

Click “Return to Okrafts” for final notification or additional instructions.

You are done! You may log out. You will be notified once your order ships by email or you can log in to check on the status of your order.

Note that for standard shipping, it can take the factory up to 2 business days to ship your item. For 3-day, 2-day, or next day shipping, the order will ship the same day if received before 2 pm.
